6.3.7.2 Heater

The Heater tab (see

Figure 6-9

) provides lists for changing temperature setpoints

for the Acoustic Sensor's resonant chamber and inlet tube.

Figure 6-9 Parameter heater tab

Setpoint 1 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Operating temperature of the Acoustic

Sensor’s resonant chamber. Values between
30.0

to 65.0C are supported.

Setpoint 2 Delta . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . The desired operating temperature for the

Acoustic Sensor's inlet tube as a delta from
the setpoint 1 temperature. Values between
-10 to +10°C are supported. The change to
Setpoint 2 will still be limited to the range
30 to 68°C.

6.3.8 Zero Reference

For absolute accuracy, it is recommended that the Reference Zero frequency be
established with pure carrier gas before running a process. Calibration obtains the
exact frequency and determines Reference Zero. Refer to

section 3.2, Calibration,

on page 3-2

. Zero Reference should only be pressed during calibration, as it may

cause offset errors in the concentration calculation.

Reset Reference reinstates the Factory Zero calibration value.
