Resume of all BMS functions:
1. Check the voltage of every cell
2. Check the current absorption of the battery pack
3. Check the battery pack temperatures
4. Check the internal resistance of every cell
5. Balance the cell during the charge
6. Manage the cooling system in case of high tempera-
ture
7. Manage the charge
8. Manage the system in case of failure
9. Protect the cells from: overcharge, overdischarge,
overtempearture, overvoltgage, undervoltage
