From the Install submenu up to 4 Users (users/applications) can be activated. The Users can be
assigned dedicated parameters for speed, injection parameters etc. Non-User-specific para-
meters such as installation parameters apply globally, and when changed the changes apply to
all Users.
MultUser
Indicates the number of possible users potentially
working with differing parameters.
Setting options: 1 – 4
By way of the MultUser function, parameters can
be stored separately specific to the application and
retrieved as needed. Installation parameters are stored
globally.
When MultUser = 1 is set the part in the display is blank.
Where there are multiple Users, the routine display indicates the relevant User, e.g. User 2.
Users can only be changed by switching to Standby and restarting.
Display after power-up if 2 or more Users are activated:
The User value for the
desired application or
user is set by means of
the turn wheel at the side.
After setting the desired User press the "Home" key.
The routine display now additionally indicates the User
you have set:
Note : The number of Users can only be reset to 1 by way
of User 1.
The specific parameters of the individual users are
retained even when the MultUser parameter is set to 1.
When an additional user, such as User 2, is reactivated
the parameters are then available once again.
The Multiuser parameters can be deleted and reset by way of a general reset, though this will
also reset all global parameters, such as installation parameters, to their factory defaults.
