5.4.2.5 Position
PosSpeed : Sets the speed at which the stored position
is approached.
Adjustable from 7,500 to 5 µm/s
in 5-µm/s increments.
ClearAll : When the function is run (Execute) all stored
positions are cleared.
5.4.2.6 Install
The default setting of the InjectMan ® NI 2 installation parameters is right, flat and 45°.
Side:
Indication of which side of microscope the
module unit is mounted on.
Adjustable: Right or Left
Direction : Indicates how the large motor module
(X/Y module) is mounted.
Adjustable: Horizontal (Flat) or vertical (Up).
The setting automatically changes the value
for the Angle parameter. Check both
parameters! For vertical (Up) different components are required, as well as a
different mode of mounting. See ordering information, "Non-standard accessories".
Angle : Angle at which the axial module (A module) is mounted to the plane of the
microscope table. Changing the Direction parameter changes the value of the Angle
parameter. Check both parameters!
LCDLight : Switches the display illumination on or off.
Setting options: ON / OFF
Beeper : Switches the speaker on or off.
Setting options: ON / OFF
MultUser : Indicates the number of possible users potentially working with differing
parameters.
Setting options: 1 – 4
By way of the MultUser function, parameters can be stored separately specific to
the application and retrieved as needed. Installation parameters are stored globally.
Invert Y: The Invert Y parameter can be used to invert the direction of movement of the
Y axis. This is useful for microscopes that show a mirrored image, e.g. upright
microscopes.
OFF: The movement of the tool follows the joystick movement.
ON: The movement of the tool is in the opposite direction to the joystick movement.
Parameters are independent of user.
