The following warnings or error messages may be displayed:
Remedy
– Warning 001
Check Injector and cable:
The injector is not ready or there is no
connection to the theoretically connected
injector.
Long injection path triggered at injector,
timeout of manipulator
– Make the injector ready or check the
connecting cable.
– Trigger "Inject" at manipulator with
long injection paths.
– Warning 002
Sync not immediate, limit or pressure:
An injection was triggered on the connected
injector even though the Move parameter is
entered on the InjectMan
® NI 2 as the
injection synchronisation.
– Do not trigger the injection by the
injector in this case or change the
Synchon parameter.
– Warning 004
Connect motor module:
Occurs in self-test. The reason for this
warning is most likely that the motor module
is not connected to the control board.
– Connect motor module.
– Error 010 – 020
Certain hardware components of the control
board are missing.
– Service
– Error 021 – 023
Joystick hardware fault.
– Service
– Error 024
Wrong internal joystick parameters.
– Reset, general reset.
If error recurs: Service
– Error 025
For specific joystick axes wrong values are
defined. Reason may be an incorrect joystick
setting on power-up or in a general reset.
– General reset with joystick at mid
position.
If error recurs: Service
– Error 030 – 033
Internal software errors.
– Reset, general reset.
If error recurs: Service
– Error 034 – 039
Internal hardware faults.
– If recurring: Service
– Error 040 – 041
Internal software errors.
– Reset, general reset.
