5.4.2.2 Inject
InjSpeed : Speed of (axial) injection movement.
Adjustable from 7,500 to 5 µm/s
in 5-µm/s increments.
Synchron : Synchronisation of connected
injector (e.g. FemtoJet ® ).
Setting options:
Immediate
: The injection pressure is
built upwhen the Inject function
is activated.
Limit : The injection pressure is built up when the (Z) limit is reached.
Move : No injection pressure is built up;
only the injection movement is executed.
Pressure : The injection pressure is activated;
no injection movement occurs.
The synchronisation also applies to the special StepInj application.
Search+L
: When the parameter is active (ON), changing the limit value additionally changes
the position of the tool – and thus of the search plane – by the same value.
The distance between the limit and the search plane remains constant.
Setting options: ON / OFF
LimAxis : The parameter sets the axis on which the limit is to be used.
Setting options: Z-axis / X-axis.
The Z axis setting should be chosen for adherent injection.
The X axis setting is used for special injections (not currently possible).
InjAxial : The active parameter (ON) causes an axial injection at the pre-set angle.
If the parameter is disabled, the injection is performed vertically downwards
(in Z direction with setting "LimAxis = Z-axis";
with "LimAxis = X-axis" the parameter is irrelevant).
