The following error situations are conceivable:
Remedy
– Motor axes move in wrong direction or do not
match joystick movement.
– Check installation parameters match
motor module setup, e.g. left side
mounting etc.
– Parameters for certain user actions are not
accessible.
– Enter parameters again or perform a
general reset and then reset the
machine.
– Machine not responding to key presses,
Home function still active.
– Press "Home" key again,
tool moves downwards
or move joystick.
– Tool does not move far enough down. – Cancel limit function
or re-adjust tool
– Tool does not move straight downwards
when joystick is rotated, but also moves to
the side.
– Disable AXIAL function.
– Tool moves straight downwards during
injection
– Adapt InjAxial parameter.
– When connected, machine has no display
and will not switch on
– Check mains cable and plug.
If mains power supply unit defective:
