The hole spacing is 5°. By moving the mounting point
of the angle guide 5° upwards, the adjustable angle
changes each time to 50° to 30°.
By moving the mounting point downwards, angles of
up to 60° can be set. This requires sufficient space to
be available on the microscope.
4.2.3 Mounting the axial module (A module)
The angle guide is already bolted to the A module.
The spindle may need to be turned until the desired
mounting point (arrow, e.g. here centre hole) is
accessible.
Note : The orange fixing screw on the narrow front
face of the A module must be slackened prior to
adjusting the angle and must then be re-tightened in
order to ensure reliable operation.
Set the angle guide with the
free hole (2) at the mount (1) of
the X/Y unit. The fitting pins
must be fitted into the holes
provided. Fix the angle guide
to the X/Y module by the
M4x10 cheese head screw.
