5.4.1 Meanings of parameters in menu
5.4.1.1 Main menu options
Speed : Includes all speed parameters.
Inject : Includes all the parameters relevant to
injection.
StepInj : Includes all the parameters relevant to the
special "Step Injection" mode.
Home : Includes all the parameters relevant to the
Home and Clean functions.
Position : Includes all the parameters associated with the Position function.
Install : Includes all the parameters required for basic setup, such as during installation.
Function : Includes specific functions required for tests or special setups.

5.4.2.1 Speed
Coarse : Speed with maximum joystick
deflection for coarse manipulation.
Adjustable from 7,500 to 5 µm/s
in 5-µm/s increments.
Fine : Speed with maximum joystick
deflection for fine manipulation.
Adjustable from 1,000 to 5 µm/s
in 5-µm/s increments.
InjSpeed : Speed of (axial) injection movement.
Adjustable from 7,500 to 5 µm/s in 5-µm/s increments.
StpSpeed
: Speed of step injection.
Adjustable from 7,500 to 5 µm/s in 5-µm/s increments.
PosSpeed : Speed of movement to stored position.
Adjustable from 7,500 to 5 µm/s in 5-µm/s increments.
HomSpeed : Speed of Home and Clean movement.
