Moving joystick to the right moves the
cursor into the submenu.
The left hand column shows the possible
parameters, the right hand column the
associated values or setting options.
Alternatively, the key can be used.
The parameter being changed is selected
by moving the cursor (joystick) back and
forth or rotating it.
Alternatively, the turn wheel can be used.
Moving the joystick to the right moves the
cursor to the parameter value.
