The alternative connections are sealed with
blanking plugs.
If you are using long and heavy gripping
fingers:
S connect a one-way flow control valve of
type GRLZ-... or GRLA-... directly to each
compressed air connection.
The closing time (and thereby also the loading of the bearing) of the gripper
fingers can be modified if one-way flow control valves are used.
In the case of short and light gripper fingers, the fixed restrictor already incor-
porated renders the use of an extra external restrictor unnecessary. Fig. 17
