22. The 802.1X Configuration window lets you select the authentication method to
be applied in the secure access settings for the selected devices.

The configuration options displayed will vary based on the selected device set:
wired, wireless, or both.
a. Select the authentication method for the selected device types. Only one
method can be applied.
For Wired devices the 802.1X authentication options are:

Use EAP-capable RADIUS
–
Use CHAP (MD5)-capable RADIUS
For Wireless devices the 802.1X authentication options are:
–
WPA - TKIP
–
WPA2 - TKIP
–
WPA2 - CCMP (AES)
–
WPA2 - Mixed mode AES-TKIP
