The printer you are using (the product number and the serial number, found on the label at
the back of the printer on the front panel: select the

icon, and then View printer

information.

The printer's Service ID (also in the View printer information option.)

If there is an error code on the front panel, make note of it.

The brand name and model number of the computer you are using

Any special equipment or software you are using (for example, spoolers, networks, switch-

boxes, modems, or special software drivers)

The part number of the network cable you are using and the name of the store though which
