3. Display Description and Operation Procedure

[STANDARD]
If you start a measurement when the instrument is in a temporary state of suspension, the
message below will be displayed.

Tap [YES] to resume measuring from the next
LOCATION.

Tap [NO] to display CLEAN ROOM EVALUATION. Then
the measurement will be completed.

Tap [PRINT] to print out the result.
Tap [CANCEL] to close the CLEAN ROOM
EVALUATION window.

If you try to switch the mode, the message below will be displayed.

Tap [OK].
You cannot change the mode when a measurement is
in a temporary state of suspension.
