9. Install the flux delivery tube from the
flux hopper to the flux cone or to the
end of the contact nozzle assembly
using the (two) flux tube securing
rings.
10. Install wire reel spindle support as-
sembly, so spindle faces towards
the left and points horizontally or
slightly upwards. Tighten clamp
screws using a 1/2-inch (13 mm)
wrench.
11. Remount the conduit anchor to the
end of the long support using a 7/16-
inch (11 mm) wrench.
12. Install the conduit by cutting to the
appropriate length, so one end fits
into the inlet of the wire straightener,
and the other end fits into the con-
duit anchor.
• Do not weld without this tube in-
stalled!
