 Pin No. 1 and 2, 3 and 4 are connected respectively internally.
Note 1) As for output circuit, fly wheel diode does not exist in open drain of Power MOSFET. Always execute fly
back voltage control compliance using diode on the L load of relay (this is most effective for spike noise
prevention when mounting diode to coil in short distance.
