5.9. REPORTS
Follow these steps to set the Transaction Reports.
1. In the Configuration Menu, press the down arrow until REPOR REPOR REPOR REPORTS TS TS TS displays.
2. Press ENTER.
3. When TYPE TYPE TYPE TYPE displays, press ENTER .
4. Select either COMPLETED TRANSACTIO COMPLETED TRANSACTIO COMPLETED TRANSACTIO COMPLETED TRANSACTIONS NS NS NS or INCOMPLETE INCOMPLETE INCOMPLETE INCOMPLETE
TRANSACTIONS TRANSACTIONS TRANSACTIONS TRANSACTIONS , then press ENTER.
5. When MEDIA TYPE MEDIA TYPE MEDIA TYPE MEDIA TYPE displays, press ENTER .
– A Jump Drive must be inserted into a USB port in order for a report to be
generated.
– The Jump Drive must then be inserted into a printer or PC to print the
document or process it further.
6. When SORTED BY SORTED BY SORTED BY SORTED BY displays, choose the method of sorting the printed data.
Pick either LOOP ID, DATE/TIME or TICKET# .
7. When DELIMTER DELIMTER DELIMTER DELIMTER displays, choose one of the two options.
– CSV ( C omma S eparated V alue) – Commas separate data items in the
Transaction Report.
– TAB – Tabs are used to separate data items in the Transaction Report.
8. Press ENTER when GENERATE GENERATE GENERATE GENERATE displays to store the Report to the Jump
Drive.
– SUCCESS COMPLETE SUCCESS COMPLETE SUCCESS COMPLETE SUCCESS COMPLETE with the file date and time will display.
9. Press MENU to exit.
