3.3.3. Ticket Number
Follow these steps to access a specific ticket by entering the Ticket Number.
1. While in the Operator Menu, select the TICKET NUMBER TICKET NUMBER TICKET NUMBER TICKET NUMBER option, then
press ENTER .
2. Type in the NUMBER NUMBER NUMBER NUMBER , then press
ENTER .
– Allows a maximum entry of six (6)
digits.
– All the ticket data will display.
3. Press PRINT .
3.3.4. Load Cell Diagnostics
Load Cell Diagnostics gives a quick snapshot of how each load cell is performing,
used for easier troubleshooting capabilities.
Follow these steps to access the Load Cell Diagnostics option.
1. While in the Operator Menu, select the LOAD CELL DIAGNOSTIC LOAD CELL DIAGNOSTIC LOAD CELL DIAGNOSTIC LOAD CELL DIAGNOSTICS S S S
option, then press ENTER .
2. When ID ID ID ID displays, press
ENTER .
3. When CELL 1 CELL 1 CELL 1 CELL 1
displays, press ENTER .
4. When COUNTS COUNTS COUNTS COUNTS displays, press ENTER .
5. For the complete report, press PRINT .
The following categories are noted on the print-out.
– CELL – Identifies the load cell in the scale platform.
– STATUS – Compares the load cell output to stored calibration values and
posts a GOOD or BAD condition.
– COUNTS – Displays the load cell’s current counts.
– FLAG – Visual flags ( “*” ) identify problem load cell(s) on diagnostic screen
until flag is manually cleared. This improves the ability to identify intermittent
issues.
