3.3. PROGRAMMING THE OPERATOR MENU
3.3.1. Format Time & Date
Use the Arrow, Numeric MENU and
ENTER Keys to format the time and
date.
1. While in the Operator Menu, select
the FORMAT TIME AND FORMAT TIME AND FORMAT TIME AND FORMAT TIME AND
DATE DATE DATE DATE option, then press ENTER .
2. When TIME FORMAT TIME FORMAT TIME FORMAT TIME FORMAT displays,
select one of the following options.
•
H:M
•
H:M:S
•
HH:MM
•
HH:MM:SS
3. Open the AM/PM AM/PM AM/PM AM/PM option, which permits 12 hour or 24 hour format.
4. Touch the DATE FORMAT DATE FORMAT DATE FORMAT DATE FORMAT , and then select best one for the company’s
needs.
5. Select one available DATE SEPERATOR DATE SEPERATOR DATE SEPERATOR DATE SEPERATOR formats include( SPACE SPACE SPACE SPACE ), / / / / ,
and - - - - .
3.3.2. Set Time & Date
Use the Arrow, Numeric MENU and ENTER Keys to set the time and date.
1. While in the Operator Menu, select the FORMAT TIME AND DATE FORMAT TIME AND DATE FORMAT TIME AND DATE FORMAT TIME AND DATE
option, then press ENTER .
2. Input the YEAR YEAR YEAR YEAR , then press ENTER .
3. Input the MONTH MONTH MONTH MONTH , then press ENTER .
4. Input the DAY DAY DAY DAY , then press ENTER .
5. Input the HOUR HOUR HOUR HOUR , then press ENTER .
6. Input the MINUTE MINUTE MINUTE MINUTE , then press ENTER .
– The fully programmed time and date will display.
