1.1 Features
The PORTEGE M400 is an ultra thin and lightweight tablet PC realizing cable-less
environment on a table by wireless function with an Intel
®
Core TM Duo or Intel
®
Core TM Solo
processor realizing high performance.
There some models and options. Refer to the Parts List for the configuration of each model
and options.
‰ Microprocessor
The PORTEGE M400 computer is equipped with an Intel

Core TM Duo Processor or
Intel

Core TM Solo Processor. These processors incorporate a math co-processor, a
2MB L2 cache memory.
The PC comes in with one of the following speeds:

Two DDR2 SO-DIMM slots support DDR2 533 or DDR2 667. Memory modules can
be installed to a maximum of 4GB (4,096MB). Memory modules of 256MB, 512MB,
1GB and 2GB sizes are available.
