Parameter Description
< socket > Number of configured TCP socket (1 to 4)
< retr_num > Number of retransmissions (1 to 5)
< min_TO > Bottom limit to retransmit timeout ( 100 ms to 1 sec.)
Upper limit to retransmit timeout (1 sec. to 60 sec.)
