Cylinder Shroud

Shut Off Fuel Supply

Drain Oil from Crankcase and Remove Oil
Filter

2. Remove the dipstick and one of the oil drain

plugs.

3. Allow ample time for the oil to drain from the

crankcase.

Remove Cylinder Shrouds and Blower
Housing

1. Remove the top mounting screw and loosen the

 ˜ȱœ‘˜ž•Ž›ȱœŒ›Ž œȱ˜—ȱŽŠŒ‘ȱœ’Žǯȱ’Ğȱ˜ěȱ‘Žȱ ˜ȱ

2. Remove the four mounting screws and separate

the blower housing from the backing shroud

’™œ’Œ”ȱž‹ŽǯȱŽŽȱ’ž›ŽȱŞȬŜǯȱ‘Žȱę¡ŽȱžŠ›ȱ
(equipped models) may be removed with the
blower housing.
