4. Do not wash the paper element and inner
element or use compressed air, this will damage
‘ŽȱŽ•Ž–Ž—œǯȱŽ™•ŠŒŽȱ’›¢ǰȱ‹Ž—ȱ˜›ȱŠ–ŠŽȱ
elements with new genuine Kohler elements as
required. Handle the new elements carefully;
˜ȱ—˜ȱžœŽȱ’ȱ‘ŽȱœŽŠ•’—ȱœž›ŠŒŽœȱŠ›Žȱ‹Ž—ȱ˜›ȱ
damaged.
ȱ śǯȱ ‘ŽŒ”ȱŠ••ȱ™Š›œȱ˜›ȱ ŽŠ›ǰȱŒ›ŠŒ”œǰȱ˜›ȱŠ–ŠŽǰȱŠ—ȱ
that ejector area is clean. See Figure 4-4. Replace
any damaged components.

air cleaner housing.
7. Reinstall the end caps and secure with the
retaining clips. See Figure 4-1.
Air Cleaner Components
Whenever the air cleaner cover is removed, or the
