E mail Settings
Memo :
● You can send a test e-mail by clicking the [Test] button. If
the e-mail address of the sender is not registered with the
mail server of the recipient, the [The mail address of the
sender is not valid. ...] message may appear. When this
occurs, double-check the sender’s e-mail address and
outgoing mail server, and re-enter the e-mail address.
● E-mail messages are sent in the following cases.
● When an input event occurs
(APage 92 [Specifying an Input Event])
● When the event button is clicked
(APage 95 [Configuring Event Buttons])
● When a generic event occurs
(APage 96 [Specifying Generic Events])
● When motion is detected
(APage 100 [Specifying Motion Detection.])
● When camera failure occurs
● When an archiving error occurs
● In order to send an e-mail, you need to specify the timing
for sending out e-mails in [Scheduler Setting] (A Page
49).
● After you have completed the e-mail setting, perform a
test to verify that it can be sent successfully.
