Save in
Set where to save your downloaded files.

Click “Download” in the “Environment settings”.
NOTE: The default folder for saving the files is C:\Documents and Settings\Adminis-
trator\My Documents

To change the location of the folder, click [Brows].

Select your desired folder, and click [OK].

Click [OK].
• Click [Apply] to save the setting and keep the screen active.
• Click [Close] to close the screen without saving the changes.
File format
Select the file format in which to download the file from “TIFF” and “PDF”.
