Using the InfoMonitor

Using InfoMonitor

Check a new document

If you have installed and activated InfoMonitor, you will be notified when a docu-

ment has been received.
This is an example when a document arrived to ones personal inbox:

To view the arrived document, click [Open the document].
Select [Close] if you want to check it later.

Disabling the pop-up notification

To disable the pop-up notification please follow this procedure.

Right click the task tray icon

Select “View popups” and remove the check mark.

• If “View popups” is disabled, the icon will flash to notify you that a document

has been received. To view the document, right-click the icon and start Office-

Bridge.
