Using the Admin Tools
“Status”
The current status of the scheduled communication is
displayed.
“Number of Pages”
The number of pages in the original for transmission is
displayed.
“Scheduled Date/Time” The date and time scheduled for the start of communi-
cations (the actual date and time for communications
underway) are displayed.
[Job Cancel] button
Check the communication you want to cancel and click.
The cancel confirmation dialog box will appear.
When you click [OK], the communication is canceled and
it is deleted from the list.
[Close] button
Closes the “Scheduled Communication” screen.

Click [Close].
The “Scheduled Communication” list will be closed.
