Clean the scanner glass with a soft, lint-free cloth (microfiber is recommended), moistened with a
little glass cleaner.
Caution:
Do not spray glass cleaner directly on the glass and do not press the glass surface with
any force.

Close the document cover.
8.
Clean the outer case and control panel with a soft, moistened cloth.
Caution:
Be careful not to get water onto the printer mechanism or any electrical components; doing
so may damage the product.

Cleaning the Paper Rollers
If you encounter issues with paper feeding from the cassettes, clean the paper rollers inside your
product.
1.
Turn off the product.
2.
Unplug the power cable.
3.
Disconnect any connected cables.
