Blocking programs based on their TV Rating
Read this information before viewing a blocking program.
To block content in TV Rating , select a rating category to lock. All programs at that level and higher are blocked and
require the PIN to watch. To unblock a category, select the lock icon. To unblock all the categories in a row, select
the lock under
ALL .
This function may not be supported depending on the model or geographical area.
Categories on the left:
• TV-Y : Young children.
• TV-Y7 : Children 7 and over.
• TV-G : General audience.
• TV-PG : Parental guidance.
• TV-14 : Viewers 14 and over.
• TV-MA : Mature audience.
Categories on the top:
• ALL : Lock all TV ratings.
• FV : Fantasy violence.
• V : Violence.
• S : Sexual situations.
• L : Adult language.
• D : Sexually suggestive dialog.
