Purge All Event Data
Purge All Event Data allows you to delete all event based recorded video from the recorder.
Caution This will permanently delete all motion based and alarm based recorded video; there are no
recovery options once this process is started.
1. Select Purge All Event Data and press ENTER.
2. Press the DOWN arrow to change the selection to Yes and press ENTER.
3. Select Start To Purge and press ENTER.
4. Press the DOWN arrow to change the selection to Yes and press ENTER.
Purge Event Before
Purge Event Before allows you to delete all event based recorded video that occurred prior to the
selected date from the recorder.
Caution This will permanently delete all motion based and alarm based recorded video that occurred
prior to the date selected; there are no recovery options once this process is started.
1. Select Purge Event Before and press ENTER.
2. Use the LEFT/RIGHT arrows to navigate the date fields, and the UP/DOWN arrow to change the
date.
3. Once the desired target date has been set, press ENTER.
4. Select Start To Purge and press ENTER.
5. Press the DOWN arrow to change the selection to Yes and press ENTER.
Start To Purge
Start to Purge starts the purge process selected (Purge All Data, Purge All Event Data, or Purge Event
Before).
Caution Once this option has been set to Yes there are no further confirmations, purging of the
selected data will begin immediately, and cannot be cancelled or recovered.
