Appendix D
License Order Form
This appendix provides a printed copy of the order form for LNS
DDE Server credits. See Chapter 3 for information on using and
adding credits, and instructions for using this order form. The
order form in this appendix is only for use when you cannot
automatically generate an email or printed form as described in
Chapter 3.
Note: Your version of the LNS DDE Server may use an
alternate order form, or your LNS DDE Server license
administrator may provide an alternate form.
