8.1.3. PCI Express Interface

The PCIe interface is compatible with the PCI Express Base Specification, Revision

1.0a. The features of the interface are:

• 4 Lanes supporting x4, x2, x1 link configurations at 2.5Gbps serial lane speed

• Three PCIe interfaces with 2x 1 Lane and 1x 2 Lane on the board

• Root complex(RC) and endpoint(EP) configurations

• 32bit and 64bit address support

• DMA

• One Virtual channel (VC0)

• Max Payload size at 256bytes

• Host/Agent Mode Configuration(Default)

8.1.4. I2C (TWSI) Interface

The P2041 provides I2C interfaces with following features:

• 4x I2C interface support

• Multiple master operation

• Arbitration lost interrupt with automatic mode switching from master to slave

• Calling address identification interrupt

• START and STOP signal generation/detection

• Acknowledge bit generation/detection

• Bus busy detection

• Software programmable clock frequency

• Software selectable acknowledge bit

• On-chip filtering for spikes on the bus
