8.1.2. DDR3 SDRAM Interface
The P2041 supports DDR2 and DDR3 SDRAM and a single VLP mini DIMM DDR3
module is installed on the blade. The features of this interface include:
• Up to 4GByte DDR 400MHz on the blade
• 64 bit data + 8 bit ECC(optional)
• DDR3 Support: Unbuffered and registered DIMMs
• x8/x16/x32 data width support
• 64-/72-bit SDRAM data bus, 32-/40-bit SDRAM
• Four physical bank support (four chip selects)
• Up to eight post refreshes
• Very Low Profile (VLP) mini DIMM form factor
