Select the Background tab.

Under Box Removal, select the Box Size property and click the button to
display the Box Removal window.
The expected size of the pre-printed boxes in this field is represented by a
magenta box on the image.

For the ”Box Size” information, set a Width of 83 and a Height of 91.

Click Zoom In and position the magenta box over one of the character boxes
to check its size.
