2.7 Options
2.7.1 Identity
The Identity tool provides access to the basic
information of a user.
When an administrative user accesses a user via
the User tool, the Identity tool for that user is
displayed.
From the Identity tool, tabs can be used to move
to the Addresses and Events tools for the current
user.
Which fields are displayed in the Identity tool,
and whether they are editable can be configured
on a per user basis by a System Administrator.

2.7.2 Password Options
There are the following password options:
Change password at next login, Password never
expires and Change own password.
With the Password never expires option, a user‟s
password will never expire.
To allow a user to change own password, the
Change own password option must be selected.
A user administrator can force another user to
change a password at the next login by checking
the Change password at next login
checkbox.
All changes will be saved only after clicking the
Save Changes button.
Note: Password options are
accessible only for user administrators.
