The user can select one or more messages in a tool and press Reactivate. Now the retries counter of the
KCS system is reset and new send attempts will be initiated.
This option is available for all messages that have not been successfully sent except those currently being
sent.
Note: Multiple selection works.
2.2.3 Inbox Actions
For the Inbox folder, a special functionality is available:
2.2.3.1 Reply / Reply All
In the Inbox the user has the possibility to
Reply and Reply All.
The Reply and Reply All buttons open a
compose window where the original
message is included as text. Attachments
are removed.
The original recipient information (recipient,
origi
nator, time, …) is added to the message.
Note: Only the first selected
message will be replied to.

2.2.3.2 Forward
Each message tool has a button to forward
the selected message.
Clicking the Forward button opens a
compose window where the original
message is included as text.
Attachments of the forwarded message will
be added to the attachment list.
The original recipient information (recipient,
originator, time, …) will be added to the
message
