• Turns ON (1) when the controller is not
in setting mode, communicating,

corresponding to the ***-REQ turns ON
(1).

SYSTEM_ERR_FLAG
• Turns ON (1) when the controller or
expansion unit has a system error.
• When ON (1), all signals except
SYSTEM_ERR_NO become invalid.
