No rear lights (front
lights ok).
Open rear lights return path.
Unplug main harness from tail/brake
light harness on one side. Check
continuity of rear lights return wires.
Tail/Brake Light Small Twist Lock
Harness Plug Controller Plug
Green wires
(both)
to Pin 5
If no continuity, repair or replace
harness as needed.
If continuity, controller is at fault unless
all rear bulbs are bad.
Front lights not working
on right or left side
only.
Open front lights return path.
Faulty controller.
Unplug main harness from the headlight
harness on the affected side. Check
continuity of lights return wire.
Light Harness Small Twist Lock
Plug Controller
Connector
Green wires (both) to Pin 3 –Right Frt. lights.
Green wires (both) to Pin 4 –Left Frt. lights.
If no continuity repair or replace wire
harness as needed.
If continuity, controller is at fault, unless
all front bulbs on affected side are bad.
Hazard lights not
working.
Bad switch.
Broken wire.
Turn ignition switch to a run position
and check voltage on hazard light
switch. It should be 6 volts with lights
off and 0 volts when on. If voltage
present and does not drop to 0 volts
when switch is on, replace switch.
If no voltage at switch, check continuity
of switch wires to large controller twist
lock connector.
Red switch wire to pin 26.
Green switch wire to pin 38.
If no continuity on either wire – replace
or repair wiring harness as needed.
If continuity is good on both wires,
controller is at fault.
