If any of these readings show open
circuit, repair or replace wiring harness
as needed.
If ignition switch and jumper harness
check good and battery voltage is
present at controller, check for
controller malfunction.
Vehicle operates in one
or more but not all
modes.
Faulty key switch.
Faulty key switch jumper
harness.
Note: High voltage present,
be careful not to short across
terminals or touch any
exposed wires, leads, or
terminals.
Test switch – replace if needed.
Test harness – replace if needed.
Note: switch and jumper can be
tested as an assembly. Refer to
Section 5.
After testing switch and jumper harness,
test voltage from controller to key switch
with main harness unplugged from
jumper harness. Check at main
harness side of connector.
