a. If you get the following error select “No”. You will need to end the driver
process.
b. Hit ctrl+alt+delete and select task manager.
c. Select the “Processes” tab.
d. Find and select “driver.exe *32”. Click “End Process”. REPEAT STEPS 1-4.
