Listening to a CD
Using the CD display
You can check the remaining time of the
current track or that of the CD.
When a CD TEXT disc is loaded, you can
check the information stored on the disc, such
as the titles or artist names.

Press DISPLAY.
Each time you press the button during
normal playback or in the stop mode, the
display changes as follows:
During normal playback
Playing time on the current track
Remaining time on the current track
Remaining time on current CD (^, or ,si
1 DISC mode) or " display or
Q; all discs mode)
Title name of the current track*
Clock display (for eight seconds)

Effect (P FILE) name or "EFFECT ON
(OFF)"
In the stop mode

Artist information*
Total number of tracks and total playing

With CD TEXT discs only ( certain
characters cannot be displayed ). When the
CD contains more than 50 tracks, CD TEXT
is not displayed from track 51 on.
