Scan to Network
Purpose:
To store the scanned image on a network server or a computer.
Values:
Scan to Application
Purpose:
To save scanned data on a computer.
The Scan to Application feature allows you to import scanned data from the printer to a computer connected via a USB cable. The computer must have
ScanButton Manager installed to receive the data.
File Format
Purpose:
To specify the file format to save the scanned image.
Values:
Color
Purpose:
To select color or black and white scanning.
Values:
Resolution
Purpose:
To specify the resolution of the scanned image.
Values:
Address Book Selects an e-mail address from the Address Book.
Group E-Mail Selects an e-mail address from the registered e-mail groups.
Search Address Allows you search for an e-mail address or group address and specify it as the e-mail recipient.

Specifies the sender using either of the following:
l Enter E-mail
l Address Book
Server* Stores the scanned image on a server using the FTP protocol.
Search Address Allows you search for a server address and specify it as the transfer destination.
Computer Stores the scanned image on a computer using the Server Message Block (SMB) protocol.

Color* Scans in color mode.
Color(Photo) Scans in color mode. This is suitable for photographic images.
Black & White Scans in black and white mode.
GrayScale Scan in grayscale mode.
