REPAIR
Remove Pump Input Shaft Assembly—
K-50 Version
K-50 Version
K-55 Version
K-55 Version
IMPORTANT: Carefully remove components so
case bore is not damaged.
1. Remove and discard shaft seal (B).
2. Remove snap ring (C) and pump shaft assembly
(A).

3. Inspect ball bearing (F) for scoring, pitting,
discoloration, and other wear.
4. If damaged, remove two snap rings (D) to remove
and replace bearing.
5. Inspect splines (E and I) for chipped or broken teeth
and machined surfaces (G and H) for scoring,
pitting, discoloration, and other wear. Replace
shaft as necessary and assemble in reverse order.
