TROUBLESHOOTING
• LED lights do not light up or fixture does not emit correct colors: Make sure all connections are correct and secure (check for
backwards polarity) and your compatible DC12V~DC24V constant voltage power supply is connected to 120V AC power. The lead
wires of the fixture should be stripped properly so the copper wires make direct contact with the Wi-FI LED Controller terminal block. Be
sure a 12V DC driver is powering 12V DC fixtures or a 24V DC driver is powering 24V DC fixtures. Mixing and matching different voltage
power supplies and fixtures will result in incorrect light output and permanent damage to your LED fixtures.
• Lights are flickering: Check that you have a compatible DC12V~DC24V constant voltage power supply rated to power the attached
load. Our Magnetic Dimmable Drivers are not compatible with this product. Also, make sure all connections are secure.
