Component Replacement Procedures Chapter 3
Bus Capacitor See Chapter 1 - Drive Components to locate the component detailed in these
instructions.
Remove Components
1. Read and follow the Safety Precautions on page 8 and Important Initial
Steps on page 10 .
2. Perform Remove Main Control Panel on page 22 .
3. Perform Remove Stacking Panel on page 25 .
4. Perform Remove Transitional Busbar on page 28 .
5. Label and remove all wires and connectors from the Bus Capacitor Busbar.
6. Remove nuts and washers (18 each) fastening the Bus Capacitor Busbar to
the Bus Capacitors.
The setcrews may come out with the nuts. Save all nuts and setscrews.
7. Remove the Bus Capacitor Busbar.
8. Remove Capacitors by pulling them out; dispose of them properly.
