8.8.3.2 Endless Draper Installation
a. Insert a pry bar (E) through draper, and locate bar
in hole in deck located at approximately the deck
“mid-point”.
NOTE
Pry bar should be of sufficient length to
accommodate width of draper.
b. Lift deck clear of cutter-bar, and support bar on a
stand (F) of suitable height.
c. Slide draper onto deck.
d. Lift deck, remove stand (F), and lower deck into
position. Remove pry bar (E).
e. Line up deck supports (C) with bolts in deck.
f. Move deck towards cutterbar to engage deck
supports.
g. Install nuts (D), and tighten.
h. Adjust draper tension. Refer to Section 8.8.1
Draper Tension Adjustment.
