3. PRINT REPORTS
The Print Journal lets you know whether
transmissions and incoming faxes were re-
ceived.
This is a list of the names and numbers that are
stored in One-Touch and Speed-Dial memory
printed in One-Touch and Speed-Dial number
order.
The same as the Quick Dial list printed in
alphabetical order.
This allows you to check the Cover
Page format.
Used to check the Call Back message format.
The settings for FUNCTION 5 to 8 (USER
OPTIONS, TEL OPTIONS, SETUP SYS-
TEM, REMOTE FAX OPT (only for FAX
1020 Plus) SET UP TAD and SET UP MM
PLUS (only for FAX 1030 Plus) are printed
here.
You can set up whether the Transmission
Verification Report will be printed after all
faxes you send.
ON/OFF
The addressee and the amount of occupied
memory for items stored in the memory are
printed here.
You can review calls you received by check-
ing this list.
