5.6 Print Set Manager
KIP PrintSET Distribution Manager is a powerful set printing application designed for
any company with a repository of files that require printing for distribution to more
than one party.
KIP PrintSET Manager gives operators the ability to easily build a custom set of prints for
multiple recipients. Operators upload files to a server repository, select which files are to be
printed and control file print order.
Set Creation
To begin the user will create a new set and use a descriptive name. The set will remain as
long as the files are on the server and can be accessed by PSM.
1. Type in the descriptive name in the Name field.
2. Choose the desired printer by selecting from the Printer Name dropdown box on the
right portion of the screen.
3. Click on Save when finished.
a. The Creation Time and Last Update time will be displayed.
Modifying/Copying a Set
• Create New Set – Resets the current screen to allow a user to enter a new set
name
• Save – Saves changes to the current selected set
• Delete – Deletes the current selected set
• Copy – Makes a duplicate copy of the current selected set and allows a user to set a
new name
