The event log is displayed, as shown in Figure 27.

The Event Log menu provides the following information:

Total Events
The total number of events currently stored in the event log.

Displaying
Of the total number of events in the event log, the range of events
currently displayed.

Date and Time
The date and time that the event occurred.

Message
This information starts with the number of hours, minutes, and
seconds that the chassis has been running since it was last powered
on. The messages reported in the event log are identical to those
reported in the activity log. For a list of these messages, refer to Table
3, “Activity and Event Log Events” on page 55.

4. Return to the Main Menu.

Clearing the

Event Log

To clear the event log, perform the following procedure:

1. From the Main Menu, select Administration.

The Administration menu is shown in Figure 13 on page 37.

2. From the Administration menu, select Event Log and press Enter.

The Event Log menu is shown in Figure 26 on page 57.
