Line Card n SFP Transceiver is Disabled The transmit port of an SFP has been
disabled.
Line Card n SFP Unplugged The SFP in a line card has been unplugged
and/or removed.
Line Card n Temperature Exceed High Limit The temperature of the line card has
exceed the set maximum temperature.
Line Card n TX Synchronization Failed The line card’s transmit port
synchronization has failed.
Line Card n Wavelength Mismatch The line card inserted in the slot does not
match the wavelength for that slot.
Line Card n WDM Channel Down The line card’s receive port has lost the
signal.
Line Card n WDM Port Shutdown The line card’s transmit port has been shut
down.
Line Card n WDM Transmitter is Disabled The line card’s transmitter has been
disabled.
Power Module n Failed A power supply has failed.
Power Module n Inserted A power supply has been inserted into the
chassis.
Power Module n Removed A power supply has been removed from
the chassis.
System Cold Reboot The system has been rebooted by turning
the power switch off and then on.
